Delivery

GENERAL

We use different couriers (e.g The Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, TNT, UPS , Palletline) to ship items. Therefore all delivery times given are only estimates. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason including customs delays.

Shpping charges are calculated based on the type and number of goods ordered and applied on checkout and we always try to find the best and most cost effective form of shipping. Any items we ship will be securely packaged for delivery based on what we are sending.

If your order is returned to us undelivered due to the fault of the receiver, then the receiver will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

If you wish to track a order made, please contact us and request a tracking number. We will be happy to supply this and can assist if necessary in tracking them. We recommend that someone is present at the delivery address to sign and check for the parcel.

In some cases, we reserve the right to change the shipping option in case of certain items not being in stock. This will only be done where a cheaper delivery is necessary.

Once goods are delivered and signed for they become your responsibility. No claims for goods damaged in transit can be accepted after goods have been signed for. If in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, a replacement order may be issued. If we cannot supply an identical order we may post a credit on your account to use at a later date.

 

UK DELIVERYS

Stock item orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 days. Non stock items will be dispatched per our delivery forecast. Mainland UK postage costs are calculated at the checkout stage and are based upon weight and volume.

Delivery times can vary but as a rough guide please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail deliveries, 1 to 2 working days for courier deliveries. Please also be aware that deliveries to offshore may take longer i.e. Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands. Please allow up to 10 working days in busy periods such as Christmas. 

In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive within these times, please contact us via telephone or email to confirm your order has been shipped and that we have the correct delivery address. Unfortunately parcels can not be declared lost in post until 10 working days have elapsed from the shipping date. We therefore cannot replace your order until the courier or postal services have confirmed that your parcel has been lost/damaged. All glass will be sent at the customer's own risk.
